- 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
- 1 can Shrimp shredded
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3 tablespoons Onion minced
- Parsely optional

Instructions
- Once the cream cheese is soft, put it in a bowl and stir to break up the cream cheese.
- Add the shrimp and blend with the cream cheese.
- Add the lemon juice, onion and parsley then blend until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Lay out a piece of plastic wrap and put the cream cheese mixture in the center of the plastic wrap. Using the plastic wrap, shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball and wrap the plastic wrap around the ball and seal. Refrigerate overnight so the ingredients set and form a firm ball.
- Remove the plastic wrap and place on serving plate. Surround with your choice of crackers. Top with cocktail sauce.
