- 4 cups Potatoes shredded, rinsed and drained
- 8 oz jar Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup Green Onion sliced
- 4 slices Bacon crisply cooked, crumbled
- dash Pepper

Instructions
- Combine ingredients; mix well. Spoon into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350º, 45 minutes. Top with additional green onion slices or crumbled bacon, if desired. Cut into wedges.
Recipe Notes
MICROWAVE: Prepared as directed. Cover, allowing ventilation. Microwave on High 12 to 14 minutes, or until potatoes are tender, turning after 6 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
