Instructions
  1. The injection solution is usually good for 2 turkeys
  2. Mix all of the ingredients, except butter and turkey. Bring mixture to rolling boil.
  3. Set aside for one hour.
  4. Bring back to boil.
  5. Strain through cheese cloth.
  6. Add melted butter.
  7. Inject throughout turkey.
  8. Sprinkle outside with Tony's or K-Paul's spice.
  9. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  10. Coat outside again with seasoning.
  11. Bring 5 gallons of peanut oil to 375 degrees.
  12. Carefully lower the bird into the peanut oil
  13. Maintain temperature: 320 min. - 350 - 375 max.
  14. Cook for 4 minutes per pound.
