Apples
pared, thinly sliced (1 1/2 lb apples)

Sugar

Cinnamon
(2 tsp for a lot of apples!)

Salt

Lemon Juice

Butter

Heavy Cream
, optional
Glaze Ingredients
Egg White
Sugar
Instructions
Mix Apples, Sugar, Cinnamon and Salt.
Pour into “Pastry lined” pan. Dot top with Butter and Lemon Juice.
Whip Heavy Cream until slightly thick and pour over Apples.
Roll dough for top crust; perforate decoratively.
For a glaze, brush top with slightly beaten Egg White, sprinkle with Sugar.
Bake @ 425° for 40-50 minutes.
