Instructions
- Wash chicken; place in kettle with enough water to cover. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove chicken from broth; drain and pat dry.
- Heat fat or oil (3 -4") to 360° in deep fat fryer. Prepare Thin Fritter Batter by beating all ingredients with rotary beater until smooth.
- Mix flour, salt, celery salt and pepper; coat chicken pieces with flour mixture. Dip coated chicken into batter; fry in deep fat 5-7 minutes or until rich golden brown and fork tender.
