- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 9 Lasagna Noodles cooked
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in BBQ sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper until smooth.
- Assemble the lasagna: Spread a thin layer of the beef mixture on the bottom of the baking dish. Place three lasagna noodles on top. Layer with one-third of the ricotta mixture, beef mixture, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat for two more layers, finishing with mozzarella on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
