Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 medium Potatoes bias sliced about 1/4" thick
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese

Instructions
- Stir together butter, basil, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper. Place potato slices in a single layer on the unheated pack of a broiler pan. Brush butter mixture over both sides of potato slices. Broil about 5" from the heat for 8 to 9 minutes, or until potatoes begin to brown.
- Using a wide spatula, turn potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil for 4 to 6 minutes more, or until potatoes are tender.
Recipe Notes
Thinly slice the potatoes so they cook tender without burning
