Busch Pork Chops

Ingredients
Pork Chops
Potatoes
Onion
ringed

Mushroom Soup
Milk
Instructions
Put one layer of thinly sliced potatoes on bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer onion on top of potatoes.
In hot oil, brown pork chops on both sides. Remove from oil and put in baking dish. Layer remaining potatoes on top.
Stir together mushroom soup with one soup can of milk. (Add peas or any other vegetable if desired.) Pour soup over potatoes.
Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
