Instructions
  1. Mix and beat together sugar, brown sugar, Crisco, eggs, vanilla and water.
  2. Mix flour and soda.
  3. Mix flour and oatmeal to the sugar mixture.
  4. Add butterscotch nibs.
  5. Drop by spoon onto baking sheet.
  6. Bake @ 350° for 12 minutes.
