Instructions
  1. Cut open Pork Tenderloin lengthwise
  2. Stuff with Andoville Sausage, pepperjack cheese, salt and a little spice
  3. Fold back together, sprinkle with more spice, wrap in bacon and tie.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes
