Andoville Sausage
Same length as Tenderloin
Peperjack cheese
Bacon
Spice Mix
Smoked Paprika
Onion Powder
Cabernet Grill Spice Mix
or Pork Mix
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Cut open Pork Tenderloin lengthwise
Stuff with Andoville Sausage, pepperjack cheese, salt and a little spice
Fold back together, sprinkle with more spice, wrap in bacon and tie.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes
