- 4 Apples
- 1/2 cup Butter softened
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- Ice cream if desired, for serving

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Core apples with a melon baller without cutting through the bottom.
- In a medium bowl mix together butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Stuff butter mixture evenly into each apple.
- Place apples in a small baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes and then remove foil.
- Continue baking until apples are tender and the insides are syrupy, another 20 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
Recipe Notes
Original recipe for CINNIMAN & SUGER APPLES calls for white sugar and wrapping the stuffed apples in foil and putting it on a fire for 5 - 7 minutes. "FEAST"
