Pork Loin Butterfly Chops

Oil

Green Onion
sliced

Orange Juice

Basil

Salt

Water
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add pork chops and brown on both sides over medium heat; add onion, orange juice, basil and salt.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add water if/when necessary.
