Ingredients

Boneless Venison (or beef)
cut into 1 inch cubes
1
slice
Bacon
cut into 1/4″ strips
1
cup
Onions
chopped
1
cup
Green Pepper
chopped
1/2
cup
Red Wine Vinegar

Tbls
Brown Sugar

Tbls
Chili Powder

Tbls
Worcestershire Sauce

Garlic

Instructions
In a heavy skillet, fry bacon until brown; remove and drain on paper towel.
Add venison and brown on all sides.
Add onion and saute for 5 minutes.
Transfer venison and onion to crock pot and stir in all remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve over rice or on bakery fresh rolls.
