  1. In a heavy skillet, fry bacon until brown; remove and drain on paper towel.
  2. Add venison and brown on all sides.
  3. Add onion and saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer venison and onion to crock pot and stir in all remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Serve over rice or on bakery fresh rolls.
