Dot’s “Pearl’s Fudge”

Ingredients
Recipe Notes

In 4 quart pan put:

4 cups Sugar

1 13 oz can Carnation Evaporated Milk

2 sticks Butter

 

Boil to form soft ball.

 

In double boiler melt:

6 oz (+) Chocolate Chips

8 squares Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate (4 oz)

 

Combine above in 4 quart pan and add:

1 Tbl Vanilla

1 13 oz jar Kraft Marshmallow Cream

Fold in well.

 

Add 1 cup chopped Walnuts (not fine) (optional).

 

Pour in 9” x 13” butter greased pan, or lined with parchment paper.

Let cool.
