  1. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Using blender, puree spinach and milk. Make a well in flour mixture. Add spinach mixture and butter, mix until just combined.
  2. Spoon dough into large plastic bag with one corner cut. Holding the bag about 6 inches above the pot, squeeze out small amount of dough. Using knife, cut the dumplings from the bag onto the surface of the simmering stew or soup. Cover pot and simmer over medium low heat until toothpick inserted in dumplings comes out clean, about 12 minutes.
