  1. Cook meat and onions in skillet until lightly browned, then put in mushrooms on top. Cook 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in until wilted, then add sauce and can of water with all spices to the cooked meat mixture. When sauce is hot, put eggplant on top and cover (takes about 11 minutes to steam). When eggplant is cooked, stir eggplant into sauce and add wheat germ and tomato juice + half can of water. Stir uncovered to get right consistency.

Eggplant can be substituted with Zucchini.
