If you don’t have Heavy Cream, substitute as follows:
3/4 Tablespoon Milk
1/3 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
Gently melt the butter in a saucepan or the microwave and then let it cool at room temperature.
Combine the cooled butter with the milk in a bowl and mix with a whisk until well blended.
Use immediately or chill and then remix with a whisk.
Use in place of one Tablespoon heavy cream
