(1 15 oz can, size 303)
Topping Ingredients
1/4

Butter
(Mom’s original recipe said Margarine)

Evaporated Milk
3/4

Brown Sugar

Coconut
1 cup
1/2 to 1

Pecan Nuts
chopped
Instructions
Cake Directions
Put all cake ingredients together in mixing bowl and bet 2 minutes.
Bake in large 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
350° for 35 minutes
Topping Directions
While cake is baking, combine all topping ingredients in a pot.
Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Spread on cake as soon as it comes from the oven.
