- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter softened
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar packed
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Maraschino Cherry juice
- 3/4 cup Maraschino Cherries chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Combine dry ingredients, then cream butter and sugars.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Alternate mixing dry ingredients and cherry juice.
- Pat the chopped cherries dry. Fold in cherries and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough and bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool cookies.
