Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar firmly packed
- 1 Tbl Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 4 cups Quick Oats
- 6 oz Chocolate Chips (1 cup)
- 2/3 cup Chunky Peanut Butter

Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add vanilla, corn syrup, and oats.
- Pat dough into lightly greased 9” x 13” pan (wet hands so it doesn’t stick to you).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 16 minutes (do not overbake).
- While dough is baking, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together over low heat.
- Cool dough slightly then spread chocolate mixture on top.
- Cool further, then cut into bars.
