Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 large clove Garlic crushed
- 1 5 lb Pork Loin Roast
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Orange Rind grated
- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce

Instructions
- Combine salt, thyme, pepper, ginger and garlic; rub over surface of meat. Place on rack in roasting pan; roast at 325° for 1/2 to 1 hour.
- Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan; heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Brush over pork.
- Continue roasting, brushing occasionally with glaze, until meat thermometer reads 170°, or about 1 hour longer.. Heat remaining glaze; serve as sauce with sliced pork.
