Nutmeg

Egg

Canned Pumpkin
2/3
cup
Evaporated Skim Milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Lightly oil 4 6oz custard cups.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt together in medium bowl.
Add egg and mix to blend together.
Add pumpkin and milk, stir to combine.
Pour into prepared cups and place in a shallow pan of hot water.
Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
