Red Wine

Olive Oil

Onion
sliced thin

Thyme

Garlic

Bat Leaf

teaspoon
Pepper

tablespoon
Worchestershire Sauce
1-2 lbs
Meat
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a glass bowl and then pour the mix into a large plastic zipper bag.
Add the meat and seal the bag.
Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, or overnight, turning the bag several times to mix the marinade.
Prepare the meat according to your preference and discard the rest of the marinade.
