Basil

Garlic Powder

Rice

Tomato
cut into pieces

Mozzarella Cheese
cut into chunks
Instructions
Mix in a bowl the basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and oil. Let this sit for 30 minutes, or while the rice cooks.
Cook the rice.
Add the mix, rice, tomato and cheese together and toss well. Refrigerate and serve cold.
