Dump all the ingredients into a bowl, mix well, then pour the mixture into a greased Bundt cake pan (you can use any size pan, or even a loaf or muffin tins-just keep in mind that the baking time will differ).
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 to 45 minutes.
This cake needs no frills, but a simple powdered sugar glaze with lemon or orange zest will elevate it.
