Instructions
  1. Cook and stir the first seven Sauce ingredients until mushrooms are tender. Stir in Parsley. Keep sauce warm.
  2. Melt 2 Tbl bButter in skillet. Cook tTenderloin slices over med-hi heat to medium doneness, turning once, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Serve with mushroom-butter sauce.
