Beef Tenerloin
cut into 8 slices (or Rib Eye Steak)
Instructions
Cook and stir the first seven Sauce ingredients until mushrooms are tender. Stir in Parsley. Keep sauce warm.
Melt 2 Tbl bButter in skillet. Cook tTenderloin slices over med-hi heat to medium doneness, turning once, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve with mushroom-butter sauce.
