Instructions
  1. When cooking rice, add 1 teaspoon salt for each cup of rice. Make only 5 cups of rice at a time.
  2. Mom didn't need specific instructions to put this all together and cook!

Some quantities of peppers/cabbage were blank, which I estimated to the best of my ability based on the quantities that Mom did have.
