Zucchini
grated (I used 4 cups)

Flour

Salt

Baking Soda

Baking Powder

Tbsp
Cinnamon
Nuts and/or Raisins

Instructions
Beat Eggs, add Oil, Sugar, Vanilla and Zucchini. Mix well.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour in 2 greased and floured bread pans.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour. (Check with toothpick after 50 minutes)
