Zucchini Parmesan Bites

Zucchini
1/2
tablespoon
Parmesan Cheese
fresh, grated
2
teaspoons
Rosemary
fresh, minced
2
teaspoons
Thyme
fresh, minced
smidge
Olive Oil
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Slice zucchini in half and lightly brush both sides with olive oil and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Mix cheese and herbs together in a small bowl and sprinkle over zucchini along with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes and then place under the broiler for the last 3-5 minutes until cheese is crispy and browned.
