Ingredients
- 1/4 teaspoon Basil
- dash Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 cup Rice
- 1 Tomato cut into pieces
- 2 oz. Mozzarella Cheese cut into chunks

Instructions
- Mix in a bowl the basil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and oil. Let this sit for 30 minutes, or while the rice cooks.
- Cook the rice.
- Add the mix, rice, tomato and cheese together and toss well. Refrigerate and serve cold.
