Instructions
- Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and place in saucepan. Add 3 quarts water, bay leaf and salt. Cook.
- When potatoes are almost cooked, melt butter in a separate pan, blend in flour and add onion. When this yellows, add garlic, parsley, pepper an marjoram.
- When the scent of flavors is evident, add the soup to the cooking potatoes. When the soup returns to a boil, add the sausage slices, lower the heat and cook a few minutes for the sausage flavor to blend.
- When soup is cooked, add vinegar if you want it.
