Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- 2 stalks Celery with leaves
- 1 clove Garlic or 2 if desired
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs soft
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Catsup
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- dash Worchestershire Sauce

Instructions
- Chop onion, garlic and celery very fine. Beat egg slightly. Combine meat with all ingredients, mix well, and pack into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
