Ingredients
- 3 cups Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Carrots finely diced
- 1/2 cup Onions diced
- 3 packs Instant Chicken Broth
- 3 packs Instant Beef Broth
- 3 packs Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 Bay Leaf
- 1 quart Water
- 4 oz Barley uncooked

Instructions
- In a 3 quart saucepan, combine all ingredients except water and barley. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add water and barley, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, or until carrots and barley are tender. Add more water to adjust consistency, if desired.
- Discard by leaf.
