- 4 Pork Loin Butterfly Chops 3/4" thick
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1/4 cup Green Onion sliced
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Basil dried
- Salt
- 1/4 cup Water

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Add pork chops and brown on both sides over medium heat; add onion, orange juice, basil and salt.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add water if/when necessary.
