- 2 cups Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 3 tsp Baking Powder (Mom's original recipe said Baking Soda)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Fruit Cocktail (1 15 oz can, size 303)
Topping Ingredients
- 1/4 lb Butter (Mom's original recipe said Margarine)
- 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 small can Coconut 1 cup
- 1/2 to 1 cup Pecan Nuts chopped

Instructions
Cake Directions
- Put all cake ingredients together in mixing bowl and bet 2 minutes.
- Bake in large 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
- 350° for 35 minutes
Topping Directions
- While cake is baking, combine all topping ingredients in a pot.
- Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Spread on cake as soon as it comes from the oven.
