- 3 pkgs Yeast
- 1 cup Evaporated Milk
- 3 Tbl Sugar
- 6 cups Flour plus ᵙ 1 1/2
- 1/2 lb Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk warm

Instructions
- Dissolve Yeast in milk and Sugar.
- Combine Flour, Butter, Salt, Eggs and Milk.
- Add yeast and flour mixture. Blend well. (add about additional 1 ½ cup flour)
- Divide dough into 4 parts and roll out each part thin as for jelly roll. Spread nut mixture to edges. Roll and place on greased pan and allow to rise for 1 hour or until double in bulk. Lay on seam.
- Bake @ 350° for ᵙ 45 minutes.
- Brush with Crisco after baked.
- Sprinkle top with powdered sugar (optional)
