- Put one layer of thinly sliced potatoes on bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer onion on top of potatoes.
- In hot oil, brown pork chops on both sides. Remove from oil and put in baking dish. Layer remaining potatoes on top.
- Stir together mushroom soup with one soup can of milk. (Add peas or any other vegetable if desired.) Pour soup over potatoes.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
