Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Crisco
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbl Hot Water
- 3 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 4 cups Oatmeal
- 2 pkgs Butterscotch Nibs

Instructions
- Mix and beat together sugar, brown sugar, Crisco, eggs, vanilla and water.
- Mix flour and soda.
- Mix flour and oatmeal to the sugar mixture.
- Add butterscotch nibs.
- Drop by spoon onto baking sheet.
- Bake @ 350° for 12 minutes.
