- 1 1/3 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Long-Grain Rice uncooked
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 2 cups Vegetables fresh or frozen
- 4 Chicken Breasts halves
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions
- Stir in 11 x 8 - 2 quart baking dish.
- Bake 375° for 50 minutes. Add cheese for last 10 minutes.
