Ingredients
- 2 boxes Lemon Jell-O 4 serving size
- 3 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 2 20 oz. cans Crushed Pineapple
- 1 1/2 cup Red Cherries 16 oz, cut into quarters
- 1 1/2 cup Green Cherries 16 oz, cut into quarters, see note below
- 1 cup Pecans or Walnuts

Instructions
- Drain pineapples, saving the juice for the cold water portion of the Jello mix.
- Make the Jello per the Jello box instructions; use the pineapple juice for part of the cold water; let mixture cool a little.
- Add cream cheese, beating until well mixed.
- Add pineapple, cherries & nuts to the Jell-O mix.
- Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 container (it will JUST fit).
- Refrigerate until set.
