Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage 4 or 5 lb
- 1 large Onion sweet, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sugar over onions
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed
- 1 cup Vinegar
- 3/4 cup Oil

Instructions
- Combine cabbage, onion and sugar.
- Mix together and salt, sugar, mustard, celery seed, vinegar and oil and boil for 3 minutes.
- Pour mixture over cabbage while hot and cover tightly and store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Best if refrigerated over night before serving.
