Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken or Turkey, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups Rice hot, cooked
- 1 10 3/4 oz can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Eggs hard cooked, chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Corn Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions
- Combine chicken, rice, soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion and salt; mix well. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with corn flakes tossed with butter.
- Bake at 375°, 45 minutes.
