Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless Venison (or beef) cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 slice Bacon cut into 1/4" strips
- 1 cup Onions chopped
- 1 cup Green Pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 4 Tbls Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbls Chili Powder
- 2 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions
- In a heavy skillet, fry bacon until brown; remove and drain on paper towel.
- Add venison and brown on all sides.
- Add onion and saute for 5 minutes.
- Transfer venison and onion to crock pot and stir in all remaining ingredients.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve over rice or on bakery fresh rolls.
