Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Onion chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms chopped
- 1 small can Tomato Sauce instead of tomato paste
- Refill sauce can full of water and next 6 spices
- 1 teaspoon Parsley instead of chervil
- 2 teaspoons Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 3 dashes Hot Sauce
- 1 Eggplant cut into 1-inch pieces (no need to remove pulp)
- 1/3 cup Wheat Germ
- small can Tomato Juice when cooking
- small can Water as needed

Instructions
- Cook meat and onions in skillet until lightly browned, then put in mushrooms on top. Cook 2 minutes.
- Stir in until wilted, then add sauce and can of water with all spices to the cooked meat mixture. When sauce is hot, put eggplant on top and cover (takes about 11 minutes to steam). When eggplant is cooked, stir eggplant into sauce and add wheat germ and tomato juice + half can of water. Stir uncovered to get right consistency.
Recipe Notes
Eggplant can be substituted with Zucchini.
