I hate when I make hard boiled eggs and the shell comes off in small pieces. While researching this on the internet, I found that everybody thinks that they have the perfect solution. After a while, I found that many of them had some things in common. Below is the result of that research. Every time I used this procedure, the shells came off in only a couple of pieces.

Instructions
- 1 Tbsp vinegar for every 4 cups of water.
- Bring water to a boil. Put eggs into boiling water and gently boil for 14 minutes.
- Chill in an ice bath after they are done.
- Peel as soon as they are cool.
