Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Shortening
- 3 Eggs
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips 12 oz
- 1 3/4 cup prepared Mincemeat 18 oz jar

Instructions
- Cream sugar and shortening.
- Beat in eggs until light.
- Add combined flour, salt and soda.
- Spoon into creamed mixture.
- Mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips and mincemeat.
- Drop by teaspoon on baking sheets.
- Bake @ 375° for 10-12 minutes.
