- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 cup Canned Pumpkin
- 2/3 cup Evaporated Skim Milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Lightly oil 4 6oz custard cups.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt together in medium bowl.
- Add egg and mix to blend together.
- Add pumpkin and milk, stir to combine.
- Pour into prepared cups and place in a shallow pan of hot water.
- Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
