Ingredients
Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms thinly sliced
- 2 Tbl Onion minced
- 1 clove Garlic crushed
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Worcestersire Sauce
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 Tbl Parsley
Meat
- 2 Tbl Butter
- 1 lb Beef Tenerloin cut into 8 slices (or Rib Eye Steak)

Instructions
- Cook and stir the first seven Sauce ingredients until mushrooms are tender. Stir in Parsley. Keep sauce warm.
- Melt 2 Tbl bButter in skillet. Cook tTenderloin slices over med-hi heat to medium doneness, turning once, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Serve with mushroom-butter sauce.
